Strength & Flexibility Mini Session (Ages 13–Adult) 💪✨

Ready to feel stronger, more flexible, and increase mobiity? Our 6-week Strength & Flexibility mini session is designed for teens and adults of all experience levels — no dance background required.

(No class April 6th for Spring Break)

Each class combines low-impact strength training (core, glutes, legs, and upper body), mobility work, and guided stretching to improve posture, balance, muscle tone, and overall body awareness.

• Someone who simply wants to feel stronger and less stiff
