Musical Theatre/Jazz Masterclass with Kristin Ranke-Brown

Valley Dance is thrilled to welcome Kristin Ranke-Brown for an exciting Musical Theatre/Jazz Masterclass! This high-energy class will help dancers refine their technique, enhance musicality, and develop their performance quality.
​
Kristin’s class begins with a dynamic warm-up featuring isolations, stretching, and strength and conditioning exercises designed to promote proper alignment and increase stamina. Dancers will then move into center and across-the-floor combinations that challenge their technical skills and musical interpretation.
​
The class will culminate in a show-stopping combination, where dancers will focus on bringing characters to life through movement, infusing their own unique style into their performance.

Calling all tappers! Miss Mari is back by popular demand to teach Part 2 of the famous Shim Sham! If you joined us for our Winter Workshop, you're in luck—it's time to build on what you learned and take your Shim Sham skills to the next level.

Didn’t make it to the first workshop? No worries! This session is designed for all tap dancers, whether you're continuing from Part 1 or jumping in for the first time. Come join us for an hour of rhythm, fun, and classic tap technique!
