Online Yoga Classes

As we get to the end of our first week of social distancing, I feel we could all use a little bit of centering, focusing, and just overall calmness. Today I I wanted to provide you all with some links to online Yoga classes! I know it's not technically 'dance' but yoga is super beneficial to dancers (and non-dancers). Below are links to classes for a variety of ages ranges. So even the 2yr olds will have a few super creative class options to follow along with (thanks to one of the Tiny Mover moms for sending me those!!). During these crazy times it's important to breathe and take things one day at a time (trust me, I know it's stressful). But this too shall pass!
